Supermax Korea ("the Company") complies with applicable laws including the Personal Information Protection Act, and processes the personal information collected through the self-quote service as set out below.
The Company collects the following to process quote inquiries.
Once the purpose of collection and use is achieved, the personal information is destroyed without delay, except where retention is required by applicable law, in which case it is kept for the period prescribed by that law.
As a rule, the Company does not provide users’ personal information to outside parties, except with the user’s prior consent or where required by law.
To provide the service smoothly, the Company may outsource certain tasks such as email delivery, data storage and hosting to specialized providers. In such cases, the necessary measures for the safe management of personal information are set out by contract.
